Marina is a designer from Madrid, currently working remotely as a Senior Strategic Service Designer at Mews, where she helps shape the platform for the new era of hospitality. She has experience in both startups and large organizations—previously as a pioneering member of the first Service Design team at adidas HQ and, before that, spending over seven years at Designit. Her passion lies in designing meaningful user experiences and driving organizational transformation. Illustration, storytelling, and making sense of complex challenges are all integral parts of her approach to work.
